Time Dilation

Of the Revelations of Einstein’s Time-Space Continuum are...

...E=mc2, which allows us to make a living performing the work we do

and time dilation, which accounts for why work seems to get done so slowly. Time is slowed by speed, gravity, and pressure. And, because work is asked of us at great speed, weighty importance, and great pressure, time dilates. As observed by the worker, who is working in the high speed, gravity, and pressure environment, time is proceeding at a normal rate and the worker’s efforts may even be viewed by them as being much faster than normal because of their effort. But, as observed from a distance, management sees the worker in a time dilation. Work progress appears slow even to the point of deadlines being missed. Luckily, because of the law of relativity, the worker also sees management as being slow and affected by time dilation. Therefore, thanks to Einstein we now comprehend why both management and the worker seem slow in responding to each other and schedule.
